Content Violation Policy
At Muallim we work to maintain a safe and respectful environment for every user — administrators, teachers, students and parents alike. This policy explains what is not allowed on the platform and how to report it.

Seen something that breaks these rules?
Report it and our team will review it as a priority.
Prohibited content
We do not allow any form of the following on the Muallim platform:
- Offensive language, hate speech or discrimination
- Harassment, threats or violence
- Illegal, explicit or otherwise harmful content
- Misinformation or fraudulent activity
Further detail on acceptable use is set out in our Terms of Service.
How to report a violation
If you come across inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately. You can use the report form on this page or contact us directly.
- Email: info@muallimedu.com
- Phone: +1 510 815 8952
- Address: 4421 Jerri LN, Haltom City, Texas, 76117 USA
Needs your review: The previous page listed a placeholder reporting address, “support@domain.com”, and the older North Richland Hills address. We have used your current published contact details. Confirm which mailbox should receive violation reports.
How reports are reviewed
Reports are reviewed by our team against this policy and the Terms of Service. We may contact the reporter or the institution involved for additional context before making a decision.
Needs your review: The original page did not publish review timeframes, an appeals route or escalation steps. If you want specific commitments — for example a response-time target or an appeal process — send us the wording and we will add it rather than invent it.
Enforcement
Where content or behaviour breaches this policy, Muallim may remove the material and suspend or terminate the accounts involved, as set out in the Terms of Service. Organisations may also manage and revoke access for the users they have invited.
We appreciate your help in keeping the platform safe for every institution that uses it.
Report a violation
Tell us what you saw, where you saw it, and when. Include the institution and any account names involved so our team can investigate quickly.
