Terms of Service
Welcome to Muallim (the “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an educational organisation management platform built to help institutions manage attendance, study records, finances and more. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1. User eligibility
- The Platform is intended for use by organisations with an active subscription. Only authorised organisation owners can create an organisation and invite users such as teachers, students and parents.
- Users must be at least 17 years old to register and use the Platform.
- The Platform is not responsible for legal issues arising from underage users registering or being invited by an organisation owner.
2. Account registration and security
- Users must register an account to access most features of the Platform.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and agree not to share login details with others.
- Organisations are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the users they invite.
3. User interactions and acceptable use
- The Platform allows users to interact with each other in a limited capacity.
- Users must engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abuse or inappropriate behaviour will result in account suspension or termination.

4. Data privacy and security
- We collect and process user data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Organisations and users are responsible for the accuracy and security of their own data.
5. Subscription and payment
- Only subscribed organisations can create an organisation and invite users.
- Subscription fees and payment terms are set out separately in your subscription agreement.
- Failure to renew a subscription may result in limited access to, or termination of, the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
- The Platform is not liable for damages or losses arising from misuse of the Service.
- The Platform does not assume liability for legal issues relating to users under 17 who register or are invited by an organisation.
7. Termination of accounts
- The Platform may terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion where these Terms are violated.
- Organisations may manage their invited users and revoke access as needed.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
