User Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and the data associated with it:

• Email us at info@muallimedu.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and list the data you want deleted.
• Alternatively, complete the deletion request form on this page and our team will take it from there.

• Our team verifies your request to ensure the identity matches the account holder.
• You will receive a confirmation email once verification is complete.

Data visibility suspension

Once your request is processed, your account and data are made invisible and inactive for 60 days. During this period the account only becomes active again if you sign in.

Anonymisation

After 60 days, personal identifiers such as username, email and profile image are anonymised and stored in that state for 1 year.

Permanent deletion

After the 1-year anonymisation period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Certain data — such as order history, verification requests and messages — may be retained for up to 5 years for legal and tax compliance purposes. This data is stored securely and cannot be used to identify you.
